I am a big fan of clarity and efficiency. This is also reflected in my favourite hobby: tech and computer hardware. These are things that set everything in motion and make everything else possible. That is also a good metaphor for my work as a lawyer.
My interests lie mainly in company law, the law of legal persons, and insurance law. I assist entrepreneurs who are engaged in disputes with other entrepreneurs. I also ensure that entrepreneurs who have taken out insurance to cover their risks actually receive what they are entitled to from insurance companies.
I listen carefully to my clients, get to the bottom of their problem and focus on finding the most efficient solution possible. Sometimes I have to tell a client something they would rather not hear, namely that their objective is not very realistic. This does not necessarily mean that the case at hand has already been lost, just that we must be extra alert and play a very tactical game.
Helping business owners and giving them an advantage is my passion. I want to help them overcome their problems so that they can focus fully on what they enjoy and are good at doing.
When I need to unwind, I dive into the calm world of technology and computer hardware. I can talk about this subject for ever with other fans.
