Plant breeders' rights and licences
The 2005 Seeds and Planting Materials Act (Zaaizaad en Plantgoedwet) affords protection to breeders of new plant varieties. Plant breeders have an exclusive right to trade seeds and propagation materials. You can also license other parties to produce your protected variety.
