As an insolvency lawyer, I advise companies and directors, often at times of intense financial pressure.
My strength lies in finding practical solutions to disputes, especially where emotions and business interests collide. I quickly grasp the situation, understand the dynamics, and identify realistic steps. Are there alternatives to bankruptcy? Can we buy time, restructure, negotiate? Or do we need to prepare for the scrutiny of an insolvency practitioner?
The court frequently appoints me as insolvency practitioner or administrator in bankruptcies and suspensions of payment (moratoria). This role gives me a close-up view of how businesses become stuck and where things go wrong. I use that insight to help entrepreneurs stay ahead of problems. I know how insolvency practitioners operate and what they focus on. Knowledge that gives my clients an advantage when making tough decisions.
As a specialist in tenancy law, I advise and litigate on a wide range of rental disputes. I also advise property managers on the rental of residential and commercial properties. Tenancy law demands precision and speed. I am a fast, meticulous, and decisive lawyer. A perfect fit.
Negotiation runs through everything I do. I enjoy the strategy, timing, and tactics. My approach is solution driven and engaged. I adapt where it’s useful and take a firm stand where necessary.
I thrive on pace and dynamism, both professionally and personally. I do CrossFit and push myself to the limit. That drive defines me: keep going, find solutions, act.
