Clients who fail to pay, creditors knocking at the door, legal matters that demand time and energy: these are all problems that keep business owners awake at night. As a specialist in company law and insolvency law, I help entrepreneurs resolve these issues. That’s what energises me.
Especially when the solution isn’t obvious and not everything works in my client’s favour. That’s when real legal work begins: finding glimmers of hope, even when things look bleak.
When the (financial) pressure becomes overwhelming, I bring clarity and direction. Sometimes that means fighting for a restart. Sometimes a controlled closure is the best solution. In that case, I guide the bankruptcy or fast-track liquidation, so the business owner can regain a sense of future perspective.
I also work for insolvency practitioners in handling bankruptcies. Quickly, efficiently, and with a focus on what needs to be done. I thrive on pace, negotiation, and closing deals. It’s in that dynamic where everything comes together: knowledge, strategy, and timing.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. On the football pitch, I shake off the tension of the profession. At the shooting club, I practise precision. There too, the rule applies: hit the target.
