I am an optimistic, enthusiastic person who is always on the go. These qualities are an asset in my work.
I specialise in business and insolvency law. In other words, I arrange all manner of matters that companies are confronted with, such as amicable and hostile takeovers or restructuring and restarts. I also advise in the event of difficulties & turbulent periods.
I view problems as an opportunity to do better. I think up creative, legal and strategic solutions that will guide companies away from pitfalls and precipices. Conflicts are often part of this, and I am not afraid of them.
The court regularly names me as a trustee or administrator in bankruptcies and moratoriums, so I often witness in detail how companies fail, and how failure could have been prevented. I use this practical knowledge and experience to advise companies who are successful and want to stay that way.
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with friends and family. I also love music, films, books and cooking. The last is mainly for my own enjoyment – preferably paired with a good wine.
