As a specialist in employment and pension law, I advise and conduct proceedings on dismissals, competition clauses and collective labour agreements, as well as reorganisations and accidents at work, pension agreements and voluntary and compulsory schemes; all the issues that can arise between employers and employees. I usually assist entrepreneurs, but I also take cases for employees.
Employment law is all about people. It requires a personal approach and close involvement. I am easy to reach, accessible and I tell it like it is. I stay aware of what is going on and where tension often arises. I know the legal options and boundaries if something should go wrong. I am also flexible enough to switch easily to find the right solution, together with the entrepreneur.
In short, easing the strain on entrepreneurs and leaving them free to do business is what drives me.
I love the Rotterdam mentality: tell it how it is, stay down to earth and just work hard – that always pays off.
