As a specialist in employment law, Kimberley has a great deal of experience in dealing with issues relating to dismissal procedures (both individual and collective), the law on collective agreements, the employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and the laws on employee participation and work-related disability and rehabilitation, as well as in drafting employment contracts and terms and conditions of employment. Kimberley advises her clients, who include both employers and employees, on a wide range of matters relating to employment law, and also represents them in court whenever the need arises.
Kimberley is highly adept at getting straight to the heart of a complex legal issue. She’s a nimble thinker who adapts easily to different circumstances, a talented speaker and a good listener. She also likes to share her knowledge and experience with others, for example by giving webinars and courses.
Before joining RWV Advocaten, Kimberley worked as a legal assistant and a business consultant for a number of employers’ associations.
