I am fascinated by people: what motivates them, how they view the world, how their problems have arisen and, of course, how I can help to solve these problems. As a conflict resolver, I am tactful yet bold − both at the negotiating table and in court.
I help individuals and entrepreneurs with property issues, an area where I can put my love of negotiating and arguing a case to good use. I also deal with liability for professionals, including my fellow lawyers. Liability cases are often complicated and involve trying to decide who is responsible for what. Working in this field helps me to keep my analytical and solution-oriented qualities razor-sharp.
I love legal puzzles where problems, emotions and people’s thoughts come together. I listen carefully – particularly to what is not being said – to form an accurate idea of what is actually going on. I ask perceptive questions and know how to get to the heart of the matter quickly. Then, together with the client, I map out the path towards the best and swiftest solution, always putting the client’s interests first.
I am active and extroverted. I take the initiative in communication and look outside the box to find a solution that feels right for the client. If possible, I opt for the negotiating table, which is often cheaper and quicker, but I don’t shy away from proceedings either.
